iPhone 7 playback Music & Podcasts stopping and starting

I've been having this problem since December 2017. I have this issue with the Apple Watch, 2 pairs of AirPods and Beats EarPods. This problem is so frustrating because it's random. I don't know what the cause is, so I just go through to normal possible remedies, remove airpods or the earpods. Reset the iPhone 7 both soft and hard resets. Then I'll even do the "Forget this Device" in Bluetooth and then reset the iPhone 7. Sometimes nothing works and other times one of these will work at least for a while. Does anyone have the resolution for this problem? Please help! Thank you in advance for time and for ready my post.
