Redowloaded music without my knowledge

I’ve deleted quite a few songs and albums off of my phone, today I purchased a song and all of the songs and albums I’ve deleted are back and now it will not let me re delete them.

How can I remove all my downloaded music from my iPhone on the Music App? I have 3000 songs and don't want to remove one song at a time. It would take weeks. There must be a way to mass delete. Help please.
