Why MacOS is so slow in a 10gb environment compare to windows 10 ?

Few test to see that transferts are 3 times slower than a windows computer in a 10 Gbt switch.
Any reason ?

OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), 10.6.8 server

Test made between an iMac pro and a synology nas.

220mb/s with a mac , 960 with a pc. Trough smb.

It seems there is limitation with smb transfert

On Mac , am i the only one seeing that ?
