If you delete mail from sent folder of apple mail application they will be deleted and moved to the trash folder of the respective mail account ( like gmail or yahoo mail or iCloud mail ) .

Open the trash folder for that account , if it is a single mail , right click on it and then select move to sent .

And if there are multiple mails in the trash , use command and A keys to select them and click on move to sent , they will get transferred in your sent folder once again .

See this article for a web mail account ( read the last paragraph ) Delete or recover deleted Gmail messages - Computer - Gmail Help

Note : Web mail account is mirrored in apple mail application ( it is just a configuration ) .

More information would help. If you are using Apple's Mail program and are trying to recall a sent e-mail so it doesn't reach the recipient, that capability doesn't exist in Mail.

If you are trying to find copies of e-mails you sent which don't appear in the Sent e-mail folder, try rebuilding the mailbox.

Rebuild mailbox

If that doesn't work, try re-indexing the mailboxes. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.

Reindex messages For El Capitan, try looking in V3. Sierra use V4. High Sierra use V5.
