If I understand your post correctly, your Apple Watch is registering movement when you are not actually moving. I'd like to help.
First, make sure your Apple Watch is up-to-date with these steps:
Update your Apple Watch
Then follow the steps in this article:
Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch
