New iPad locked with old email id

I have a new iPad but it is locked with an old Apple ID email and I for the answer to the security questions.

See if you can reset the account's security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions


If you can’t, contact Support and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
