Why can’t I download music?

My phone won’t let me download new music. Iv tried so many different options. I’ve taken it to my carriers store and nothing is helping. I need help.

Can’t download music iPhone 12 Pro So I have been having this problem literally for years since my iPhone 7. But thought my iPhone 12 Pro would solve this download problem. I click the download button in iTunes and it spins but then goes away. Also, when I click to add to library same thing, starts to show added then goes back to the +sign.
