receive telephone call but won't answer

Recently when I get a telephone call, I accept the call but the iphone 7 plus (ios 11.2.6) does not pick up and continues to ring.

At the same time, I noticed the camera will freeze sporadically, so the second issue or associated with above ?

I have reset all settings once, and made sure AT&T is current.
