Change my apple (icloud.com) email

hi, im having no luck with finding an answer. But i want to keep all my apps, account, contacts, etc. But to change my .....@icloud.com to a new ......@icloud.com. This is because of an issue with my ex. And so far it seems i cannot change my ....@icloud.com email without deleting and creating a new account (which loses all my paid apps), and i know i can change my primary email address used with icloud (which I’ve already done), but its the .....@icloud.com email i need to change to a new one (since you cant completely delete an ...@icloud.com)
