MacBook Pro changing colored screen

I have a late 2012 MacBook Pro and runs the up to date High Sierra. I had dropped my MacBook on the ground and when I opened it, it would start with a black screen then every two seconds change to a different color. (Pictur below) I have tried using the PRAM reset that I read on other sites and just turning it off and on with he power button, but neither have worked.
