Can't save HTTP Proxy settings on 11.2.6

Any advice on how to save HTTP Proxy settings with iOS 11.2.6?

Tapping 'save' doesn't work.

The 'Forget This Network' option is not presented.

Renewing the Lease has no effect on the problem.

Proxy Settings Option Unavailable I am trying to hook up an older iPad to the internet through an Ethernet connection. The setup I am using does work on my iPad Pro 10.5" and even iPod Touch 6th Gen. The network has a proxy so connecting to the server needs to be configured on the device. It works on the above devices. However, attempting this with an iPad 4th Gen (A1458) running the latest version of iOS supported on the device (10.3.3) is yielding less optimal results. The "Ethernet" option does show up between WiFi and Bluetooth. But there are limited network options available. There is no place to enter a proxy configuration. Please see the image below. If anyone could help I would be most appreciative!

Proxy keeps reverting to None When entering our proxy server, it reverts to None after saving changes. This works on our older iOS devices but not on our 6th gen ipad with iOS 13.5. It doesn't matter whether I use the DNS name or the IP address. Again, either works on other devices. I upgraded from iOS 13.4 to 13.5 and consequently rebooted. No change. The proxy address is entered manually. We don't use PAC.

Remove Twonky Proxy from iPhone I installed an app the other day to try to stream content from my iPhone to my Samsung TV. It didn’t work so I deleted the app. After installing this app I noticed in my Google WiFi that my device was showing up as TwonkyProxy [iPhone]. I have tried resetting my network network settings twice, shut down and restarted my phone, checked my WiFi connection for Proxy settings and I cannot get rid of this. Any ideas?
