Apple Music won't play the music I downloaded offline

HI,

I've got an iPhone 6s about 3 months ago and decided to get the Apple Music package. Ive downloaded music and listened to it. However, when I try to play my music offline, it simply does not play. I've tried everything but nothing helps. I've even shut off iClound Music Library and turned it back on. Still nothing. Even ever I click the "now playing" section, I can see the song that I'm listening to but it shows that the music is not playing. AT. ALL.

To make things worse, the songs that I had purchased before getting the plan work perfectly fine offline.

Please fix this. I thought that you could listen to Apple Music offline. If this were to happen then I wouldn't have gotten it in the first place

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.6
