Question: iMessage not working

I am having trouble with my iMessages. I have cellular data turned on and when I go to turn on iMessage it tells me to turn on cellular data or hook up to WiFi. I am currently away from any WiFi to try that. I’ve also restarted my phone a couple times but nothings working. Anyone else have this problem?

No, I do not have this problem.

Make sure your cellular data is properly provision by your carrier.
