i want to fully verification my apple id

hello before 1 day ago i have recived 1 email from apple support email (

CASE ID : ***

This message is to inform you that your Apple ID *** has been locked for security reasons.

Someone has tried to sign in to your Apple account from a different IP address. Please verify your identity today or your account will be disabled due to concerns we have for the security and integrity of the Apple Community.

To unlock your Apple ID, you must verify your identity.

Why you received this email ?

Apple requires verification when you just sign in to unrecognized devices. Your Apple ID cannot be used until you verify it.

when i try to fill my all detail butt could not verify my apple id because when i upload my id card and credit card photo after upload both photos verify your identity button not working please help me
