just upgraded my imac to a late 2011, OSX 10.12.3 and tansfered my iphoto files over to photoand allmy tiles are gone

just upgraded my i mac to a late 2011, OSX 10.12.3 and transferred my i photo files over to photo and all my tiles are gone, help

system files icon and pics in cache imported in my photo library How did that happened " I recently updated my MacBook Air to Mac 12.3 (21E230) after update the photo app started to import system files and system icon along with pics from my safari cache....no need to say it fills up my iCloud account with useless files...I call apple they said I had to delete each imported files manually ...that is quite an undertaking ...these files are mix among my good pictures so I don't want to lose my good photos.. There must be a way to stop Mac from importing system files and cache to photo app....

where are my images from Photoshop after I upgraded to Monterey 12.6.1? On my iMac on my iMac

Lost Photos after Upgrading to Monterey I didn't have enough room on my MacBook before upgrading. I did a backup of my computer as well as copy my Photos App over to my portable hard drive. I also copied all of my videos and put them in a separate folder. After the update it no longer lets me get to my Photos App (has a circle with a line through it) and the videos I copied over are now all photos. Is there any way of getting my photos and videos back without going back to the older OS version?
