Recover deleted iMessage conversation without computer or third party software

I deleted an iMessage conversation by mistake. Is there a way to get it back without (1) using a computer (don’t have one handy), (2) using iTunes/iCloud backups (don’t want to lose data since last backup) and (3) buying some third party software (might be malware, don’t want to spend money and again don’t have a computer)?

I would prefer to just do this myself right now. I could have the other person send the messages to me. If that is the only way with my parameters, what is the easiest way for them to do that?

Assuming you have no computer, you may restore the iCloud backup made while the messages existed to retrieve the messages.

So if you're unwilling to do that, have the other person send the messages to you, in the (tedious) method you would expect to use - one at a time.
