ITunes Music Problem

Im writing to express my frustration with iTunes music. I presently have over 3000 songs downloaded to my iTunes account and every time I either sign out of my account or switch phones I have to manually download from the cloud each song , one at a time.

You would think that by this time someone over at Apple wouldve come up with a solution to this problem.

itunes songs waiting in the cloud I have several thousand songs "waiting" in "the cloud". They've been there over 18 months now and no matter what I try they refuse to download. The songs are shown in my library and show as "waiting". Is there anything I can do to force these to download? Using Macbook pro on the latest ios. iOS 15 update has all my music purcahses in the cloud After my recent update, I restored from a backup due to conflicts with certain music not crossing over; that is, music I've obtained other than via iTunes was not copied over. Now, most if not all of my iTunes purchased music are in the cloud; that is, they are no longer on my device where I want them. I literally have thousands of songs and I have absolutely no intention of individually downloading these. How can I fix this problem? There are many times where I am out hiking and there is no cell coverage, this has put a big dent in my product experience. Thanks!

iTunes purchases remain in iCloud and can't be downloaded to computer I am able to download most of the songs I have purchased from iTunes (purchased on my mac mini). That is, I am able to download them from the iCloud to the Mini. However, many more songs will not download when I click on the cloud icon by the song on the Music app window. . . . i.e., they remain in the cloud. I only purchase songs using the mac mini, not using iPhone or iPad. . .so that is not a variable here. I have "automatic download" clicked "on" on Music Preferences. . . which means "Automatically download music when added to your Library so you can play it offline". So any thoughts on what is going on here?
