Where do you mean 'setting is correctly set for USA itunes store' ? The store apps pick up the country that is on the logged in store account, are you in the US with the US on your account and are logged into that account ? Have you tried logging out of that in the store app and back into it ?
I am located in China, but need to be connected to USA app store. In the settings, my account is set to the USA store. In fact it has been working with USA store, but all of a sudden my apps wouldn't update anymore. When I checked, it says I need to switch to the USA app store ..... but as I said there where my settings are and they have never changed. I tried logging in/ out of my account and the app store as well as resetting the IPAD with no success
think to use usa app store one needs a creditcard connected with a valid usa address
To use the US store you need to be in the US. When you are back in the US try again
Not true ... been here 10 yrs never had a problem before. I have an iphone and it works no problem
i have, same account as my iPhone which works
You've been lucky so far, iTunes should permanently disable the account.
