Update apps problem

Can’t update any of my apps just starting won’t let me update say need verification sign in then hit continue but they don’t have anywhere to sign in or a continue option what is going on w my phone

Download Apps I have the iphone XR it won't let me download any apps. Then it says loading on the screen but it just keeps getting me to put in my password for verification. Then will not let me download any.

Apps My iPhone won’t let me download/update any of my apps it keeps saying verification needed and I keep verifying it and it will just take me back to verification needed and it will make me continuously make me verify it and will still not let me download apps what do I do?
