I went to update apps and mysterious apple id pops up! how do i fix??

Mysterious Apple ID pops up when cued to sign in to update apps. Never had this email before not related to anything of mine. No one uses my phone. It’s Touch ID locked. I changed my password through apple to see if it would help, no luck. Now I’m afraid all my info is in jeopardy! HELP!!
