Bought an Apple Watch on Facebook.

Bought an Apple Watch from Facebook. They gave me a username and password to unlock it. It didn’t work. I tried using serial number to contact Apple support, that didn’t work. I am an idiot for buying it. Anybody help me?

If you are hitting Activation Lock, the original seller MUST remove the device from their iCloud account. There is no way this can be defeated. If you can't get it unlocked and configured on your account the best advice I can offer it to return the watch and get your money refunded from the seller.
