How do I get rid of "To use the “java” command-line tool you need to install a JDK" notifications

I keep getting this notification, even though I've download the latest version of Java from Oracle. Ii want it to go away. I run High Sierra on my MBP.

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13)

I am getting pop-ups saying this: "To use the 'java' Command-line tool, you need to install a JDK." I read the article suggesting that I install the "latest" version of Java. By following the links provided, I obtained a Java install package, but when I tried to install it, I was informed that a newer version of Java was already install, so the version I had just downloaded cannot be installed. I am on MacOS 10.15.5 How do I get rid of this extremely annoying pop-up? If I follow the link in the pop-up to attempt to fix it, I am taken to a Google Chrome page telling me how to deal with Adobe Flash player. There is no explanation for the relationship between Adobe Flash Player and Java, but I guess it means that Adobe Flash Player requires the JDK to run. Ideas?

Alert - Need to Install the Java SDK When I start my Mac and at other random times I get an alert telling me to that I need to install the Java SDK. This started when I installed Mac OS Mojave. I'm not a Java developer and I don't have net beans on my machine. What's posting this alert and how can I get rid of it?
