So if I have an Apple TV, how do i update and put my most recent music on there?

I understand you would like to make sure that your most recent music is on your Apple TV. I'll be happy to help assist you with this.
If you have an Apple TV 4th generation or later, you'll want to make sure that you are signed into the iTunes and App Store with your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Accounts. Once you've done that, you will see your all Apple Music, including the most recent, in the Music app on your Apple TV.
