No history of sites visited frustration

History no longer shows on my iPhone 6+ Many have asked this question. None of the answers I’ve seen apply. There are no back icons on the bottom of a new Safari page and I am not using private browsing.

After updating to iOS 15.1 Website Data/History will not clear Just updated my iPad to iOS 15.1 and now find when I try to clear browsing history in Safari using Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data and then check Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data the entries have not cleared. I tap Remove All Wesite Data and the history and some data is still there. Repeated attempts - it won't clear.

Search history on iPad I have cleared my history, both on my phone and on my iPad. But When i type in certain letters it still shows Websites, for exempel Google and pornhub. Another Thing is that it shows a globe symbol next to the title of the Website, that might be the problem. I just found out that on my iPads safari starting page there are maybe 30 sites that i visited months ago. So I’m now manually clearing these sites. I found the sites that wanted to remove here so I’m guessing the problem is solved. But anyway i still want to know these old sites from months ago are left and antagonizes? Thanks!

History button missing in safari after upgrading to iOS 12.4 After upgrading my iPad mini to iOS 12.4, I no longer see the history button in safari. I do not have private browsing turn on. I have restarted my iPad and checked the safari settings, but I have no clue to what is causing this. Has anyone else seen this issue? Thanks, black4147
