Pay iCloud storage fee with card other than Family Organizer's on file?

Hi. My Apple account is on a Family Sharing with my wife's and our kids. She is the Family Organizer. What I'm wondering is if there is a way to tell Apple to use my "Alternate Payment" credit card already on file on my own account, or some other way to choose to charge my monthly iCloud storage fee to a card other than my wife's which is associated with the Family Sharing (without taking myself out of the Family Share group)?

No.

The design of Family Sharing is that the organizer is responsible for all purchases made by any family member.

You can certainly pay for the shared iCloud storage, but you must use redeemed iTunes Gift Cards on your account, which will be charged before your wife's method of payment.
