how can i get a bill for my purchase in game not from my itune account?
i loggin my game center on the other device to purchase a bag of 2000 gems for clash of clan game (Maybe in 2014) Now my account in game is lost. To take it back, I have to give the purchased bill number to make sure i am a right owner.

It’s too late to get a duplicate receipt, all you can do is log into the account (the account that the purchase was done on) on a computer’s iTunes and take a screenshot of it on its purchase history : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
If the purchase was within the last 90 days you can log into the account that the purchase was done on and get a duplicate receipt via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
This purchasing was not from itune account, and the time was in 2013 or 2014. Can i get a bill from my game center?
