Check your watch is correctly fitted on your wrist. If the band is just slightly too loose the watch can move too much and it tends to sense false movements which can sometimes be interpreted as exercise (or wild heart rates).

My series 3 for the past week weeks has been counting an obnoxious amount of floors that I know I don’t climb during the day and recording me doing a bunch of excersise minutes I know I’m not performing. I reset it back to factory and even reinstalled everything and recalibrated, but it’s still doing it. Am I the only one that is experiencing this?
