As well as resetting the account's password did you also do : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ? If you did and the account still shows as disabled contact iTunes Support, contact methods are likely to vary by country and topic
Apple support says to contact iTunes support, it won’t let me contact iTunes support as it says my i.d is disabled, tried to get online chat support but it only gives me an option of email or scheduling a call, I have reset my password but still it’s saying I.d disabled
