Wont let me install app from app store

When i sign in I'm told my id has not been used in the app store and to review my account. When i click review nothing happens.

App store apple id won't let me log in I tried to log into the app store and I just made a new apple id and it keeps telling me "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store." Then when I click review and sign into my Apple ID it keeps bringing me back to start of this with the "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store." How can I actually sign into the App store this is so frustrating

Is it not prompting you to login, and possibly also to enter payment details on the account ? If not, what happens when you do that anyway ?
