how can i get back my itubes after canceling a subscription i made

iTunes is a free app. What do you mean when you say "iTunes" because your use of it is not making sense to me?

Again, if you use incorrect terms here it will just confuse us and take longer to find a solution for you. iTunes is an app, it isn't something that can be refunded. What you want refunded is "money". Sorry to go on about this but I see things here such as , "I bought iTunes through iTunes and now iTunes is telling me to download it but I really want iTunes to take back my iTunes and give me my iTunes." See?

Do you mean rejoin Apple Music (not called iTunes BTW)? Your lists are gone when the subscription ends.
