Hi Jim, I was following advice that you had given to another user about problems with their iTunes music not downloading. You had instructed him to go to iTunes Preferences, General and make sure that iCloud Music Library was checked. I follow your instructions (thank you); however, I do not have the options available. I signed out and resigned in and also made sure that I have the latest version of iTunes. Please see my screen shot attached. Any ideas on what to do?

I should mention that I purchased 3 songs on iTunes yesterday and I have spent hours trying to get tem to download. They just keep timing out, but I do have full internet access and a strong signal.
