apple id problem

i buy a secondhand iphone from my friend and he forgot the apple id and password i try to create new id but still cannot use and the iphone still lock

The activation lock can't be bypassed. Only the previous owner, using his credentials, can unlock that iphone.

Nobody can help you here.
