Iphone 7 freezing, boot loop and no mic very odd problems

Randomly my phone started acting up after ios update. It quit making calls so I reboot and it goes into a loop for an hour.

The phone got very hot only near the power button. After resetting a few times using power and volume button it finally randomly started up but problems persisted.

Problems are:

I cannot make a call, when I dial and call someone I have no speaker and the phone freezes and delays all buttons.

Randomly it will call and work.

If I attempt a restart it goes into the loop at apple logo and keeps restarting and will randomly boot up(sometimes an hour sometimes 2 and sometimes 10 minutes. It will also get hot on the top right side of the phone.

If I open camera app the phone takes 5 seconds to get focus and when I click the picture button it will take the picture but the sound will come on after 10 seconds or so.

The video will not work at all, if I click record it will not record at all.

I have restored the phone and updated it through itunes, no help. Im afraid If I cannot fix this within a week I'll have to switch to a new phone(samsung). I will obviously never go back to apple since this seems like a software issue.
