PreSonus audiobox iTwo iPad garageband guitar distorted

Using garageband iPad amp function with electric guitar plugged into presonus audiobox itwo and there is distortion after each strum... If I use the noise gate function it sounds too clipped... What am I doing wrong.. Sounds awful

Bussing problem When I insert a plug in into a channel strip everything works as it should but when I create a bus and lower the volume on the track (we'll just say this is a guitar and amp) the volume of the overall track does go down but at the same time the distortion on the guitar goes away and only comes back if I raise the fader. Beats solo3 audio issue No sound on right headphone with Bluetooth or aux jack connected it crackles and gives audio when I turn them upside down but I obviously can’t use them upside down. I believe it is an issue with the wiring or soldering please help. I also still have the warranty but I will expire sometime soon in November so any information given to me as soon as possible will help the most.
