I am trying to download app from appstore, but it says first time on apple device, needs to review my account.

Already fiil out all the information including my credit card information or log in my paypal account, but still doesn't work out, saying "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction", What is wrong with my Apple ID?

Please help me out,Thx!

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
