Unable to ‘complete purchase’

I’m trying to make an in-app purchase. When I attempt to do so, I’m prompted with, “your purchase cannot be completed.”

It also directs me here and says I need assistance. I suppose I do indeed need assistance. Thanks

This is not the official support for Apple, but rather a forum where users offer solutions.

If the issue is with a specific application, and the in-app purchases work with other applications, your best choice would be contacting the actual developer, which you can find on the application's page in App Store.


If the issue happens in all applications, there might just be a billing issue, so you would need to contact them.
