cant get facebook to work off line
facebook will say offline when I'm walking around the countries taking pics I cant get to work it just says offline IPhone 7

Offline means you don't have an internet connection.

I understand that but I see people using facebook just walking around in parks or where ever.and being connected to what. I must be missing some thing..thx for info.
They are probably using their cellular connection to load web pages.
