Unable to cancel subscription

I purchased by mistake for subscription for TrueCaller app. I trying to cancel this subscription and get refund.

1. There is no cancel button for subscription

2. In addition i see another purchase of 7.90 that i never purchased

How i can cancel and refund?

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.6
