Music XML piano track can not be imported in Sibelius

Music XML from Logic X pro can not be imported in another program like Sibelius. Also in Musescore gives a problem. The problem is that in Logic a two handed score seems professional and good readable, but when I'm import this into Sibelius, the system crashed all the time. Also when I make an easy piano score for testing. When I make an midi file from the track it gives also problems. At that moment it shows only one of the Cleffs. In Sibelius the G Cleff and in Musescore the F Cleff.

It happened only with two handed scores like piano and harp. Violin or other instruments can be imported in Sibelius without any problem.

I tried to fix this with an score preference change like: piano or piano 1/3, using the voice separate tool or not, but it doesn't make any sense.

I hope anyone recognized this and can help me further with this.
