How can I reset my Apple Watch if my phone is already lost, every time I try to open it the face come up "wrong passcode"

My phone is already lost, and my Apple Watch is connected with this phone. How can I reset my watch if the face always said "wrong passcode"

I could not unlock my iPhone (when I was wearing face mask) unless I keyed manually my passcode. I can not reset my Apple watch. I am trying to pair my Apple watch with my new iphone. It continues to ask for my passcode, which appears to be incorrect. I have tried the apple reset BUT the watch continues to ask for the passcode and continues to talk. I can get my watch face but nothing beyond passcode, time and the voice. Hasa anyone else had this problem?
