What can I do to fix my Iphone 7 that’s been shutting down on itself and can’t charge?

Basically, I was on Safari and my iPhone suddenly started shutting down randomly.

After that happened, I saw my iPhone’s battery on 1 percent so I charged it.

I checked up on my phone after one hour and it’s stuck on 1 percent. I played my phone for about 3 minutes and it started shutting down.

I gave it more time to charge (4 hours) and it was still on 1 percent. Then I powered my phone off and the phone turned to 100 percent so I plugged my phone out and it shut down.

I tried updating my software to 11.2.6, reset all the settings, forced my phone to shut down, recovered my phone using iTunes and nothing worked.

I need help.

Reading the troubleshooting steps you followed, I don't see many more options.

I would take a look at this support guide:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support

Then I would try to clear your Safari history, cookies and website data:

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If nothing changes, I suggest that you contact your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your device inspected. Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
