remove ex's email from apple account

My ex husband's email addresses are on my apple id account, along with my email address. I have changed my password, so he can't access anything, but I want to remove these permanently. However, I am unable to edit them (unlike my email address) - how can I do this?

my email is attached to an apple id thats my exs what to do Alrighty, along time ago I made an Apple ID with an old phone number and phone (don’t have either anymore). My email I use everyday is still attached to it but an ex is still using the Apple ID three years after. Is there anyway I Can get my email removed without having to go through him? It wasn’t bad with a buy here and there seeing the receipts but this year it’s just filling my inbox. I am assuming there isn’t any way but I just want to check.
