I was getting a crackling sound playing Spotify through my HomePod so thought it might be because it’s a 3rd party App so am now playing Apple Music and it’s still making a really noticeable cracking sound. Any idea what I can do??
Is there anything near the HomePod that could be making a noise in sympathy with your music? See Reset HomePod - Apple Support and see if the issue persists after a reset. If it does I would return it for a warranty exchange.
