In-app purchase

when I try to make an in-app purchase and after prompted to give my Apple ID and password, it gives me an error message and tells me to contact iTunes support to complete the transaction.

How to fix this?

If you supplied a credit card, check its details. If not or they're correct, clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
