Can't accept/decline FaceTime Calls in High Sierra.

I've seen the issue posted before, but none of them had answers so I figured I'd open my own.

I will receive calls on my macbook, but when I click accept or decline nothing happens. But if I call the person myself, there is no issue and it works fine. I've tried disabling, rebooting the computer and enabling facetime. I've tried signing out my apple ID and signing back in. Nothing works.

Any answers? It's been several months, surely something has found something...
