Cannot hear caller in Hyundai

Hi,

On my iPhone 6s and Hyundai Tuscon 2016 my hands free has suddenly stopped working. I was in the middle of a hands free conversation and tried removing the device, switched off both the car and phone and repaired as if its a new connection and still it doesn't work as per Apples advice. My wifes IPhone 5s works fine. It must be the phone as cannot understand the car. Both software is up to date.

Any help would be great as I need it due to my work.

2017 Toyota Corolla and iPhone 13 Pro Max Call Issues Hi. I drive a 2017 Toyota Corolla. I just upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. My car does not have CarPlay. Ever since the upgrade I have had issues with calls. I can hear the caller just fine. But they cannot hear me. We have both checked our call signals after trying this multiple times, and both are strong signals. I’ve called other people, and they have the same problem. So phone signal does not appear to be the problem. The music connection plays fine as well. It is only the other user who cannot hear me. Why is this happening? I am using the latest iOS software so an update doesn’t appear to be the solution either. To be clear: I had no issues with my iPhone 8 Plus and car connectivity. This is strictly on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

iPhone, 14 caller volume issue I’ve had a iPhone 12 Pro for two years just updated their 14 Pro. Everybody I talked to on my cell phone in my car he can’t hear me. They say it sounds like I’m very far away and again it’s only when I’m in my car connected via wire. thank you

I cant hear callers to my phone. Its ok on soeakerphone and bluetooth through the car - just not when used ‘normally Any advice? It’s working for all calls apart from when using the phone normally, the caller is very faint even though the volume is turned right up!
