Apple tv 4k not displaying thumbnails in amazon prime video app. Have restarted, checked for updates too. Device updated. Netflix shows thumbnails.

Everything is updated! I've talked with netflix but nothing happened! I think it's connected with avc or hevc codec used by netflix!
