Question: Apple Music unable to play.
It happened a few days ago. I tried to restart and force restart. But doesn’t work. The musics I already have I my phone.
I reset network didn’t help. And then I reset all settings. It works well again.
But today it happened again. Can’t play.
I searched online said turn on airplane mode and off again it may fix it. But I found only in airplane mode it can play. Then I found out. It’s the cellular. If cellular off it plays. Cellular on then can’t play.
I don’t want to reset again. It coz too much problem. All my Apple Pay card and alarm and displaying and everything have to set up again.
I think it could be a system bug. Hope you could find it out and fix it.
PS: I’m using an iPhone X. iOS11.2.6
