How do i hide my purchase history if i hide it automatically unhides

Hide Purchases not working. When I go into the App Store, click on my profile and go to purchases, I swipe left to hide the app, click hide and it disappears, if I then refresh the list it reappears. I can see about 6 in the hidden purchases folder, but I can’t hide anything else from my normal purchase history.

How do I clear my hidden purchases in the App Store? So, I am not seeking to hide my apps in my purchase history, I'm seeking if possible to delete my already hidden apps in my purchase history. Thanks.
