Why did my voicemails stop being transcribed?

I have an iPhone 7 and in the visual voicemail feature, it used to transcribe my voicemails, (written out text of what was said in a person’s voicemail). Then, all of a sudden, it stopped. I’m wondering if I disabled it somehow? Could it have something to do with my carrier, Verizon?
